her lawyer wanted me to draft a letter stating the that the house would I buy and how much it would cost for repairs, etc. I wrote Intro to the letter, an offer value, and this is the final part, it might work ok? Or what should I change in order to formulate sound better? Thank you. ========= We expect that these fees are the price of homes we would net pay on the home page without or escrow fees and an offer that you want a reliance on the house for $ 50,865 Did you propose to pay a monthly interest payment only at 10% for five years, every five years due time. It sounds good, but if you spend a considerable amount of money like this, you should really take a lawyer and have a formal written letter. Then it is legally binding and you are not for any potential situations in the future that could affect your offer to open.
